Pseudodragon Familiar named ‘Nashir’ (see DMG pg. 201 and PHB pg.52 & 53)

Sahid grew up in a school dedicated to the arcane arts known as the Tower of the Sands. This large academy was funded by an archmage named Rary but he lost interest some time ago and took his patronage with him. The academy has survived through its teleportation circle and a few contacts outside of the Bright Desert who buy the scrolls and other magical wares produced within the tower. It has only been of late that the Head Magisters have allowed students of moderate power to venture away from the tower but the needs of the tower have grown with the times and those in positions of authority do seek the blessings of Rary as the academy is in his lands. Although the archmage has lost interest he still demands tribute and without trade Rary may deem the Tower of the Sands a complete loss and overtake it for the arcana that still exists. Sahid is one of the newest ‘diplomats’ for the Tower of the Sands. He has seen a few cities and has learned some of the basic values of the items the academy trades or sells. By no means is Sahid ‘A Man of the World’ but his general demeanor of cautious optimism has brought him respect amongst the Head Magisters and his peers. Now Sahid has found himself in the outer planes seeking an adventuring group. While adept no more Sahid wonders if they can stop the dark portents of the scrying pool’s vision and if the demonic hordes can be held at bay.
